Who is responsible

Without an account

You can use the whole app without signing up. In that case your progress, settings and journal are stored only on your device (the browser's local storage) and are not sent to any server.

With an account

If you sign in with Google or your email, we do not store your name, photo or email address. From your Google identifier or your email we compute an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint (HMAC-SHA-256 with a secret key) that works as an account number. Alongside that fingerprint we store only: your progress (topics and moments completed, last topic viewed), language, chosen view (founder or business owner), and the dates of creation and last use.

What never leaves your phone

Your journal and personal answers stay on your device. They are not synced.

Sign-in email

If you choose to sign in by email, we use your address only to send a single-use sign-in link that expires after 20 minutes. It is sent by our provider Resend. The address is not kept in our database.

Sign in with Google

Google confirms your identity with a signed token. We use only its unique identifier to compute the fingerprint described above. We do not request access to your contacts, files or any other data in your account.

Cookies

We use a single technical cookie, needed to keep you signed in (HttpOnly, secure, valid for 180 days). We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

Security and abuse

To stop attacks we temporarily record an encrypted digest (hash) of the IP address together with the number of sign-in attempts. The email form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.

Providers

The site and app are hosted on Cloudflare (servers, database and protection). Google is used only if you choose to sign in with Google; Resend only if you choose to sign in by email. We do not sell or share data with anyone else.

Deleting your account

In the app, under Settings, you can delete your account. The progress record tied to your fingerprint is deleted immediately. To delete what is stored on your phone, clear the app's or browser's data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with its date.
